SPECIFICATIONS

PVDF membrane adopts a multi-layer composite structure. The surface layer is wear and stain resistant, the core PVDF layer provides excellent weather resistance, the base fabric layer ensures high strength and tensile property, and the back layer offers reinforced protection. It features waterproof, UV-resistant and anti-aging performance, suitable for various outdoor buildings, tensile membrane structures, landscape canopies and engineering roofs. Easy to install with long service life, it adapts stably to complex outdoor environments.

Surface Coating – The outermost layer, designed to resist stains and wear for long-term durability.
PVDF Functional Layer – The core layer that provides excellent weather resistance, including UV and corrosion protection.
Base Fabric Layer – The structural foundation, made of high-strength polyester to enhance mechanical strength and tensile performance.
Back Coating – The bottom layer, which bonds the structure together and protects the base fabric from moisture and damage.
