SPECIFICATIONS

Specially designed for long-span spaces such as stadiums and exhibition centers, this PTFE membrane for tensile structures uses fiberglass base fabric as structural support with dense PTFE coating. It combines excellent mechanical properties and outdoor weather resistance, B1 fire-rated, wind and pressure resistant, adaptable to complex tensile shapes, providing safe and durable enclosure solutions for large public buildings.

Topcoat (weather proof)：Outermost protective layer, weather & UV resistant, extends outdoor service life
PTFE Coating：Functional layer, chemical resistant, self-cleaning, waterproof and stain-proof
Base coat：Transitional adhesive layer, improves coating-to-fabric adhesion for structural stability
Glass fabric：Core load-bearing layer, fiberglass-woven, delivers high strength and tensile resistance
